  • What happens if I go beyond the monthly km limit?keyboard_arrow_down
    There is a monthly limit on kilometres based on which bike you have selected. Any extra kms being utilized will be charged extra. Both, the km limit and the additional charge will be defined on the bike’s tariff page.
  • What is the process for late return of the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    In such an instance, you will be charged double the bike’s day’s rent. You can choose to pay that late fees, or it will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
  • How do I extend my booking for another month?keyboard_arrow_down
    Give us a call before the end date of the rental and we will extend the booking for you
  • How do I pay any additional amount for extended bookings?keyboard_arrow_down
    At the end of the rental period, we will send a link for online payment, or it can be deducted from the refundable deposit.
  • What is your cancellation policy on vehicle returns?keyboard_arrow_down
    If this instance occurs before the date and time of pick-up, 10% of the first month’s rent will be charged
  • Is it possible for me to return the vehicle before the end of the rental period?keyboard_arrow_down
    If this instance occurs during the rental period, half a month’s rent will be deducted from the refundable deposit
  • When will I receive my refundable deposit?keyboard_arrow_down
    After the drop-off and if the bike is returned in undamaged condition, the entire deposit will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • How do I track the number of kms I have utilized?keyboard_arrow_down
    At the time of pick-up/home delivery of the bike, the information will be noted and can be compared once the rental period has ended.
  • How do I change my address for home delivery?keyboard_arrow_down
    Give us a call and let us know as soon as possible, so we can update your address for safe delivery
  • Do I collectively pay all the months’ rent at the time of initial booking of the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    You will only be liable to pay the first month’s rent and the refundable deposit at the time of initial booking. You will be duly informed (through email, SMS and call) about the upcoming month’s rental payment two days before that month’s due date
  • What are the documents that I have to submit to rent a vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    You will need to present us with your valid Driver’s Licence, ID proof - Aadhar Card/Passport that will be validated by our team before the beginning of your rental period.
  • Will there be a risk of contracting the coronavirus if I rent the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    We deeply care about your wellbeing, doing what we can to ensure that you are delivered a quality bike. Hence, your bike will be thoroughly sanitized before the pick-up date and time. We maintain hygiene standards, using A grade products to first spray the bike with a disinfectant and then clean it with a sanitizer. Should you opt for home delivery, our fleet executive will wear protective gear (mask and gloves) when handling your bike and will drop it off through contactless delivery

  • Can I ride the vehicle to other cities?keyboard_arrow_down
    Yes. However, make sure you follow the current government protocol. Should you want to cross state borders, you will need a permit for the same. However, you will need to drop off the bike at the end of the rental period at the same location of the bike’s pick-up
  • What should I do if I get caught by the police?keyboard_arrow_down
    We urge you to cooperate with authorities. Dealing with the consequences is your responsibility. You can also give us a call and we’ll guide you with taking the appropriate steps
  • Where can I find the vehicle’s documents?keyboard_arrow_down
    At the time of pick-up, our fleet executive will hand over the bike’s documents. At all times during the rental period, you will have the valid documents in hand
  • How long will it take for the bike to be delivered after completing the booking process?keyboard_arrow_down
    Your bike will be sanitized and delivered to you at the date and time selected by you. In case of any delays with the delivery, we will give you a call and intimate you of the same.
  • Will the vehicle be delivered with a full tank? Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank?keyboard_arrow_down
    You are free to use the reserved fuel at the time of pick-up. We suggest that you utilize the fuel you have filled during usage and return the bike at the end of the rental period. Fuel charge is NOT included in the rent amount
  • What if the fleet executive is late for the home delivery of the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    You will be duly intimated about any delivery delays on our part. Depending on the extent of the delay, we will compensate you for the same.
  • Do you offer home pick-ups once the trip ends?keyboard_arrow_down
    You will need to return the bike to the drop-off location selected at the time of initial booking. If you had selected home delivery, our fleet executive will duly pick it up from your doorstep at the drop-off time.
  • What should I do in case my vehicle breaks down?keyboard_arrow_down
    Give us a call and we take care of the rest. However, we will not be responsible for flat tyres
  • Will the vehicle be serviced even for long-term rentals?keyboard_arrow_down
    We conduct regular vehicle maintenance throughout your rental period to ensure that you are always in possession of a top notch bike!
  • What should I do in the case of prior damages already on the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    At the time of pick-up, we will take pictures of any physical damages to the bike. Once the bike is returned at the end of the rental period, we will compare and intimate you about any damages
  • What should I do if I meet with a minor accident while riding the vehicle?keyboard_arrow_down
    Give us a call, and depending on the situation, we’ll do the right thing for you
  • What should I do in case the vehicle is damaged during the rental duration?keyboard_arrow_down
    We will take a look at the extent of the damage and make a record of it. Accordingly, you will be charged for the repairs.
